Whether you’re starting with a simple idea, a rough outline, or a completed book, we work collaboratively to shape your story for the screen while preserving its heart, message, and emotional impact.

Services Include:

  • Book-to-Film Adaptation: Transform an existing novel, manuscript, or written work into a professionally structured screenplay.
  • Screenplay Development: From an original idea, concept, or partially written work, we develop a complete screenplay using industry-standard formatting and storytelling structure.

All screenplays developed through L’apo Productions are written with the understanding that proper screenwriting credit will be given.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, projects will be credited as:

  • Screenplay by Opal Allen

or

  • Story by Client Name / Screenplay by Opal Allen

Credit structure is discussed and confirmed during the consultation process to ensure clarity and alignment before writing begins.

At this time, L’apo Productions focuses on credited screenwriting work and does not actively offer ghostwriting services.
